Ostrich 2.0 wont connect to tunerpro rt!

I haven't messed with my tune in awhile, like a year or so. long story short everything was working great then water got spilled on my laptop but best buy replaced it. I took a long break from tuning when that happened, now since I think my ostrich battery is sunning dead I was going to burn my prog to a chip but can't download it from Ostrich 2.0 because I cant get it or extreme ALDL to connect to Tunerpro RT. I downloaded the drivers from the Moats site and the computer recognizes them, windows 10. shows drivers are good, com ports 2 and 3 so that should be good. What am I missing??? All help greatly appreciated!!!!!
Oh also, if I replace my ostrich battery will my tune be lost??

I tried but under tools,preferences doesn't show options for data acquisition or anything to do with aldl or ostrich anymore. I'm lost on this one.

Six_Shooter I uninstalled TP and reinstalled it now my preferences are back, com ports are set and things work the way they should again. Thanks for steering me in the rite direction!
