TunerPro RT Data Logging - Saving the Data

Hello. My name is Bill and I am new to this forum. Thanks for having me.

I am unable to save my log file when logging data with TunerPro RT software and Moates ALDL USB data logger. When I go to "record" under Acquisition I get a "could not create temporary log file" and I cannot find or see (my wife says I am blind) where or how you create a log file (.xdl).

My ECM is a GM 1227747. TunerPro RT software version is 5.0.9209.0.

I imported an .ads (old version of definition file) via Acquisition --> Import definition --> from ADS which converts to a .adx file. The .ads file for the 1227747 ECM was provided with the TunerPro RT download.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Bill

I found the problem. Bitdefender software was not allowing all of the TunerPro software to download.
