help .bin .xdf

good morning guys today I got a gm pick up to fine tune and I proposed to the client to give a fine tuning to the program also the problem is that I can't find the .xdf for the .bin the ecm that it brings is a 16197427 with a memcal [bwzh] It is a 1998 GM and I don't find anything specific for that .bin can be reprogrammed .... I also have another echo is 16197427 [bltm] I think what is a 94-95 could be exchanged ???? and likewise I don't find a specific .xdf for that memcal ... it is in your hands gurus of efi tuning

Something in the numbers doesn't sound right. 7427 is obd1, 94-95 is obd1 and 1998 is obd2. Maybe a little more info as to what and where vehicle is.

If I noticed 1998 obd1 but they scanned it with my snake mt2500 and entered as a very rare obd1 I wanted to see a black box like pcm under the hood but I didn't find it on the passenger side of the board
