    95 lt1 z28 couple program issues.

I have a 95 a4 z28. It has ported heads cc502 cam pace setter shorties. No cat 3 inch phab exhaust out the back. I have a couple issues.
    1. The car doesnt ever seem to go into closed loop. I havent verified it yet by data logging it while driving, but while sitting and idling for over 5 minutes it always stay ed in open. I do think it might go into closed loop briefly while climbing a steep grade on my way home from work. I think this because everytime in about the spot on the hill my wide band goes pig rich and the engine tries to die. If i let off the gas for a few seconds it clears up and im good. It only does it in that one spot. It has brand new o2 sensors in it and they stay at like .453 mv. I changed them cause i thought thats what was causing the engine to run rich on the hill and that 1 sensor was always .150-.200 mv and the other was like .600-860 mv
    2. It has the 2.92 rear gears in it but my speedo reads about 15 mph faster then i am going.
Ill attach my bin file and if someone could look at it tell me what they see. I am fairly new to this and just got my car running about 2 weeks ago
