    Knock Sensors and ESC modules

I've been collecting part numbers for different Knock Sensors and ESC modules. One day when I collect them all I will do some testing to see if I can rate these from say least noise to trigger to most noise to trigger. If you know of one not listed please add it to the thread and I will keep the list updated.

Old thread, but this info happens to be pertinent to me today as I am trying to find some info on knock sensor impedance.

Edit to add that the 16052391 esc and 10456287 knock sensor is also used on the 2.8 60v6's.

A friend of mine gave me a bunch of his old training books he had while working at a GM dealership. This book has all of the ecm info for gm vehicles up to about 1987 - 1988. It has knock sensor info and injector info/ cross references. Here is the scan of the info on the knock sensors and a scan of the front cover. It covers TBI and and PFI including turbo sunbirds etc. It is older information but may help someone. If any information is needed on the older systems, I can scan it and post it up. Attached is a scan of front cover and the page on knock sensors.
