just upgraded from 7747 to 7427 timing issue

So I have read all the posts I can find about this swap over the past 2 weeks. I made an adaptor(have not repined yet) changed the knock sensor to 95 tbi 350 with black not white connector, jumped the ecm to knock from the esc module and removed the crank fuse. I have tried pmkls1's vortec32.bin and the bjyl 350 tbi 700r4.bin with changing my timing tables/ve and petps and map. my truck is modified, cam vortec heads, carb intake, msd 6al box, 357 bottom end and a 700r4 with 2400 stall. So it idles, no codes, but does not idle at the timing in the table. ex in timing tables idle should be around 22 degrees but drops down to 10-13. I can barely touch the gas to go and it works but only takes me up to early to mid 20 degrees but should be closer to high 20's to low 30's. If I push the throttle more than about 1/2 in timing drops down to low teens where it should be in high 20's to low 30's. Everything worked on the 7747 last night and has for months. I have been thru all the parameters and just don't see anything causing this. It seems like no timing advance or there is a negative timing advance somewhere. Before I swapped the computer I disconnected the timing connector and verified it was at 0 degrees then shut off and reconnected it. when I did the swap I removed the power from the battery. The truck is a 88 c1500 that originally had a 305.

I really have not datalogged because I can't really drive it. I do have a few short ones if you thing it would help.
I have thought it could be the computer because I picked it up at the junkyard but it is very clean and had to remove the glovebox to get it.
it almost seems like ignition control module in the distributor but it is not throwing errors and is about a year old, I have had issue with this before and it always codes.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to get this running over the weekend so I can use it next week, if not I will have to swap back to the 7747.

In $OD there's an altitude spark bias that will drop you by about 10 degrees. I had that issue with mine. I'm not sure what triggers the bias, but I zeroed it out a year or two ago and it has been good.

ty will try that, also any idea what triggers the maximum spark for torque management, I just zeroed that out it was at -7.7

Just burned a chip and took a drive, that seems to have done it.IT drives pretty close to the 7747, now time to fine tune.
