    Memcal Function

    Does anyone have a rundown of what the various functions of a 94-95 GM 16197427 memcal are? Is reflash possible?

    Hmmm....

    The primary chip in the memcal can be recalibrated. The knock filter is tuned to the engine. The backup fuel chips can be duplicated but we do not have all the information to make the task easy.
