Newbie Here with issues with Bin Files

Thanks for letting me join. My name is James and I currently live in Ellicott City Maryland. I have a 95 LT1 Z28 with a six speed that I just purchased. I downloaded EEhack and TunerPro RT. Both connect fine. I used eehack to retrieve the bin, but when I go look for it in my files or tuner pro, it is know where to be found except in my recent file location. See attached screen shot. Looking forward to fine tune this ecm after adding boost to it this summer.

If you notice the file size being 0 bytes, basically it doesn't exist except in name.

I kinda figured that is what happened. Eehack says it retrieved the bin fine though. I tried it 3 times with the same results.

Other users also reported the same issue with winodws 10.
It is some windows bug with file saving. Saving the file on other location worked for one user.
Try saving the bin on desktop, or other location you have permission to do.
You will know it worked when the file size is 128kb.

Saving it to the desktop worked. Now to find a stock bin to compare and see if anything has been changed. The timing tables look kind of high to me. Might explain some of the problems I have had with the car. Time to hit the road and do some logging too!
    Thanks a lot!

The factory timing tables are pretty aggressive. I just looked and all I have for 95 is an auto file, sorry.

i've heard about that windows 10 bug too... i'll fix it one day in the 'official' version. i have a list of other small bugs to correct just haven't got around to it.

the LT1s capacity to eat timing advance for lunch is incredible, you'd be suprised how much it'll handle without knocking.

http://fbodytech.com/bin-files-2/bin-files/ is a list of stock bins i've collected

this should be your stock bin http://fbodytech.com/bin/EE_16209461.bin

tunerpro has a great 'bin compare' tool, learn to use that
