How's about the way the chip is inserted into the burner? Notch towards the handle and chip inserted utilizing 28 pins away from the handle? If that didn't make any sense...click here:there's a legend on this burner for chip orientation. If this is the problem, you would get a "successful" burn but verify would "fail."

I put the chip in wrong in my Burn2 when I 1st got it and it said bad chip. At 1st I thought I bought some "fake" chips.

I used Flash n Burn since I’m obviously not capable of tuning programs yet. That worked perfectly with the Burn2 chip burner. I followed the instructions carefully, got the chip in right and verified after burning. All that went smooth.

The zif socket installation didn’t look like it had any problems either but I’m redoing that.

I spent some more hours researching masks and trying to figure out if I was skipping any steps. I’m not sure if anything needs to be done with the smaller chip (calpac, memcal I forget which). Not entirely clear on it but am under the impression it holds basic information for LHM.

I'm having the exact same issue but with a 1227747 $42. I have gone through everything you have listed. I have tested for bridges and used various bins all with no luck. I'm using the APU1 w/G2 adapter. I notice there isn't an RPM signal showing on the dash either. Have you figured out the problem with yours?
