I have a 4.3L V6 (Vin W) with CPI. My ECU is 16168625 .bin is BBNT. I am using Tuner Pro RT with an Autoprom connected directly to the Memcal with a G1 adapter. I am using XDF "Advanced $E6 TP5 v250.xdf", and ADX "$E6 A201_E6_v250.adx". The engine runs but is very rich, idles about 800 RPM, and continues to run/lope after shutdown until I put it in gear and let out the clutch. When I start the datalog it shows odd numbers that don't change even when I increase the RPM at WOT it gets to about 3000 RPM and starts to sputter. The datalog shows 125 TAC, 12.2 Map, and 451 Spark Advance and temps are all -33. Also shows .5 Battery Voltage and 5 MPH when sitting still in shop.
I tested each sensor with engine off and ignition in run to see if there was a problem. These are the results, let me know if they look out of specs: ECU Voltage in was 12.5, grounds are good.
IAT 1432 Ohms @ 66F.
CTS 1217 Ohms @66F.
TPS Idle=.58V WOT=4.47V.
MAP idle=4.79V (I think that's Bad) WOT=4.9V Ref=5.02V.
O2 sensor signal= .185V
Ignition Ref Hi=.15V, Ref Low=4.6 mv
I also checked Ignition Control Module Bypass lead from the ECU and it had 33.8mv if that means anything, (I suspect it is running in bypass mode).
