Normal to have a "Desired AFR" of 13.9-14.1 ?

In my log the Desired AFR is around 13.8-14.1 for the entire trip. Is this normal? I thought after warmup it mostly sought 14.7? Are these tuned rich or is it adjusting to this number (although it never started higher and then moved down to 14.)?

    This is in a 95 K2500 HD 5.7 TBI 100% stock.

My long term trim (BLM) is a bit high 135-140 thru most of the log as well. Just normal back road cruising.

fyi- I am trying to track down a high knock count if that is relevant.

the 'desired afr' in your log is probably the open loop AFR target and is ignored when in closed loop (BLM/closed loop can't adjust to ratios as low as 13.8-14.1, so that wouldn't work)

there's probably a different constant that controls closed loop afr target, might not be in your xdf
