basic question - what parameter controls AFR & correlates with O2 sensor data?

Hi, just learning about this and datalogging, looking at the data.
I have 93 C1500 using 16168625 with standard code BDJZ. I haven't modified anything. I am using TunerPro RT and using A201_E6_v250.adx & E6_TPV5_v250.xdf

Driving hot with closed loop - I can see the O2 sensor varying around about 100mv to 800 mv. I expected to be able to plot O2 sensor with Inj DC% and/or Injector Base Pulse width and see them vary in sync with O2 sensor output - but they don't. Or at least within resolution or sampling of Tunerpro they don't seem to.
I also looked at Integrator counts and BLM - they don't seem to vary with O2 sensor either.

I'd appreciate any education/help. I can post datalog if that helps.
