Getting ahead of myself, DO THIS prior to dialing in BLMs...if you go with the higher spring rate, I would use a fuel injector calculator like the one at Witch Hunter and calculate what your lbs-hr will be. Once you've determined that, you need to adjust that in the scalars lbs-hr.
