    LS Injector Data for LT1

    Hi guys
I have some data for LS Injectors for various later PCM's (P12, E40, E38 etc).

On the Voltage Offset tables, which map kPa column would you recommend I use for an LT1?

    Thanks
    Mitch

    You need to have:
    1. fuel flow vs vacuum
    2. injector offset vs vacuum vs voltage
    3. low BPW injector offset.

Than you can use the patch I have.
It is well tested so far and it is the best mod I have done so far.

Injectors have been ordered from Fuel Injector Clinic so hopefully should be perfect.
They'll take a week to get here.

Is this using the later returnless style fuel sytem info?
Does this allow live updating the VE tables you mentioned a while back?

I'd love to but need to get the car running back good state first.
Which kpa column would I use for the std LT1 $EE pcm? car is running at the std 3 bar system with std vacuum FPR.

    Cheers

You can find more info for the ls injector patch here.
All you need to do is to remove the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator.

I have updated version that reads injector voltage for utmost precision, but it needs adding a wire to pin d25.
It turns that the voltage of the injectors drops 0.5 volts for a split second under heavy throttle and than recovers.
With the patch you can compensate the injector voltage drop and get smooth fueling at all conditions.

Here is a chart with the stock gm fuel injectors that can be used

The flex fuel ones flow real good.

The live Ve patch will be part of eehack, so you will just need to burn the pcm with the latest version, when it is ready.

Ok so I’m very interested as I’m wanting to use decaped truck injectors with adapters on my lt1. Will the patch work for this as well?

It should work with any high impedance injectors as long as you have the correct calibration data tables:

    1. fuel flow vs vacuum
    2. injector offset vs vacuum vs voltage
    3. low BPW injector offset.

These can be extracted for a stock production injectors easily with the demo versions of hptuners or efilive.
