Asymmetric fuel question , plus fuel pump question

First off on a1228062 or 1227747 ECM what does the green/white wire in A1 do? DOES it turn the relay on at all or have I done something to my bin to mess it up? I didn't put a oil pressure switch in my harness and from the way the print looks it's what runs the fuel pump.
Ok I have been playing with my conversion on my 225 slant six , it's a 1228062 with a map and water temp and hei converted dodge dis and a tbi off a 350 Chevy. If I put the 4.3 bin in a change the BPW it is to rich. I changed it to a 2.8 bin and changed the BPW and it ran better. Both bins are asymmetric fuel so what is so much different?

It calculates fueling based upon displacement
A 4.3 would be rich and a 2.8 is lean. The 2.8L bin is likely lean enough to damage your engine

I data logged the 2.8 bin and a lot of the numbers was below 128. 90 was the lowest and the highest was 132. I figured it was still a little rich.

I believe A1 is the signal to FP relay and activates the pump to purge the fuel system prior to engine start. The oil pressure switch is a safety device which maintains power to the fuel pump unless oil pressure is lost. Have no idea what you may have or have not done to your bin.

I was meaning since I didn't put the oil pressure sender in I don't get the pump coming on , I have to jump a hot wire to the relay.

The oil pressure switch is a backup, I drove my truck for years with it disconnected. KOEO should cause the fuel pump relay to turn on the fuel pump and prime the system. Anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds, then turn off. After the engine reaches the running state, the ECM energizes the fuel pump relay full time
