Read that post again. I edited it. The reason the AutoProm channels are differant is because of each mask having differant amount of return bytes, AutoProm is added to end. So $42 is only 20, others are 63 etc...

The APU1 will send that information as six bytes after your payload. i.e. if you have 63 bytes in your packet, 64-70 will be the ADC data.
MSB1 LSB1 MSB2 LSB2 MSB3 LSB3 So it is 22 for channel 1, 24 channel 2, 26 channel 3 in $42.
