$0E Main spark tables and their relationship to initial advance

I'm in the process of tuning my Cadillac motor running an '6395 with a BHDF base and $0E. In the spark timing tables are the numbers actual timing or are they added to initial timing? I already am aware of the main spark bias that the XDF takes into account.

If you have set your bin to what you have for initial and done the correction in the xdf it should be showing what the timing actually is. Just for your info on my mildly mod 454 I tried various initial advances and ended up using the stock 4 degrees. That is stock for the bin. As soon as it fires it switches to timing table anyhow

Just a note for any new people who stumble onto this thread, make sure you set up the values in your datastream definition to also take into account you initial advance otherwise your data logs and on screen display will not take initial into account. In my case it was 12 degrees below the actual value. The tables were accurate however.
