New here, Need a starting point. 93 Blazer

Hello Guys. first I'm a nuts and bolts guy and tuning is completely new to me so please forgive my ignorance.
    My truck is a 93 Blazer 5.7,
    Vortec heads
    Cam .495/.504 220/224 110*lsa.
    46mm throttle body
    255 lph fuel pump
    Edelbrock 7116 intake
    Headers 2.5 dual exhaust
    4l60e 2000 stall
    456 gears truetrac locker
    34" tires
    ECM 16168625.

I got the AutoProm and tunerpro rt. Im learning alot playing around with it and reading the forums but its like learning chinese. Right now im dumping so much fuel that i drown out at idle. Im looking for a Bin that will get me a better starting point than stock. my neighbors already hate me and someone filed a noise complaint on me yesterday LOL.
any help or advice is appreciated

Here's and excellent link to get you started with TunerPro.

    Dave W's Spread Sheet.

A good start for a Vortec Timing Table.

If you've altered fuel pressure, you will need to adjust "Injector Flow Rate" in TunerPro before you can do any tuning. You can find it with "Parameter Finder" in TunerPro. To find it in TunerPro, press Control+F or it can be found under the "Tools" tab.

Here is a simple fuel flow calculator to help get you in the ballpark.
