Contemplating helping a grandson do a TBI conversion to a 1964 Plymouth. I have a 55 two-ten two door wagon that I restored over the past several years. I like doing as much work as possible myself so I did the body work, paint and picked up a sewing machine and also did the upholstery.

    Welcome.

A properly completed EFI conversion really makes an old car much more fun to drive. TBI is a good conversion to start with and if you enjoy DIY I think you'll enjoy to process of bringinging the old Plymouth up to more modern standards.

I also enjoy reading posts when members are sharing the fun of an EFI project with kids and grandkids. I sometimes wonder when kids and grandkids join a parent or grandparent on an EFI project, who has the better laptop computer and who has the better toolbox? EFI projects usually require both a good toolbox and a good laptop.
