    The 16196395 PCM is usually $OE (4L80E) http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...Information-OE

    The 16197427 PCM is usually $OD (4L60E) http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...Information-0D

Usually the 16196395 can run $OD without issues.

I've modified Broadcast Code (BCC) BJLH from the above $OD link.

See attached screen shot showing the compare differenced of the stock BJLH vs. Modified BJLH.

The attached Modified BJLH.bin is a "Starter Chip", not a "Tuned Chip". Likely Tuning is still required!

Just info, I use $OE but interchange 6395 and 7427 with no noticeable difference.

I believe your previous posts said your truck was a 350. If it were me I would use the bin that your truck already had. As I think I previously mentioned that should keep your transmission happy. Your 80 lb injectors would be about 20% more fuel with the 350 bin and my guess would be your engine should only need about 10% more so up the injector in the bin to 70 lb. It should start fine, maybe a little rich. Then data log at lower rpm and tune from that. I believe your previous post said you had all the gear to data log and burn chips. You gotta remember that is only my opinion.

Well I got the chip burned and almost got to run it but I noticed the 454 tbi does not quiet fit the base of the small block 3074 intake and will have a vacuum leak so I have to make a plate to cover the full base of the TBI..
    More to do
