TBI for Modified Chevy Inline 6 with 200-4R TCC

Hi Everyone. I've been lurking here a while, trying to learn the ropes and now I think I'm ready to ask a few questions before I get fully started with my project. The car I'm working on is a 1962 Acadian Beaumont convertible which is the "made in Canada" version of the chevy Nova from the same year. It originally came with a 194 inline 6 engine which at some point (early 70's) was replaced with a 250 inline 6 which I plan on using going forward with some upgrades:

-TBI using 16197427 PCM - have a donor throttle body, wiring and sensors out of a 1994 GMC 2500- 5.7 with 4L60E - memcal is BJLH. I also have a separate memcal for a 4.3 V6 pickup with manual trans: BJXJ
    - Have two 4.3 injectors that I can use in the TB
    - Offenhauser 4 bbl intake with TBI adapter plate
    - I will be using a 200-4R trans and require TCC capabilities from the PCM.
    - Engine will be stock displacement but head modifications to 9.5ish:1 compression, Lump Port and 1.94 intake and 1.50 exhaust valves
    - Using a Crower Cam with the following specs:
Duration at 050 inch Lift: 192 int./200 exh.
    Advertised Duration: 248 int./258 exh.
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.488 int./0.460 exh.
    Lobe Separation (degrees): 112
    - Headers
    -3.55 gears
    - HEI distributor from a 1976 292 engine truck modified (advances removed) with a 7 pin ingition module for timing control

Given all this what do you think my starting point for tuning should be? Like I said a have two memcals but is it easier to use the V6 BCC with manual trans and add all the TCC stuff? or the Does someone have something that will get me close to start with that they can share or point me to? I am pretty new to TunerPro and I purchased the "G1" board from Moates that will allow me to put in my own chip on either one of the memcals that I have.

I've been working with HEX files and IC's for years for music applications like drum machines etc. so I have burners and chips and such at my disposal so I should be able to create something that will work once I know where to start. Thanks for your help.

What are your plans for a Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS)? What are your plans for a knock sensor?

I would start with the V6 Memcal and delete the emissions programming as a starting point.

Hey thanks. I have a 4000 pulse/mile VSS on order so should be good there. Knock sensor at this point I'm not sure. I know that the 4.3 uses two of them. There are a couple of spots on the block where I could probably physically put one in, but not sure how to get it work.

    The 16197427 PCM requires a 2000 pulse/mile VSS.

The knock sensor is optional, but the PROM Chip needs to be programmed without knock parameters when not using a knock sensor.
