    Crank timing 7747

I'm using tuner cat for programming. Is their a way to tune spark during cranking with the 7747 ecm? Right now I'm getting a bit of kick back during start.

Yes, but nothing to do with the ECM. Timing during cranking is set by the dizzy position alone, since it uses base timing during cranking.

Only once the RPM goes above 400 RPM (Typically setting in a BIN), that the ECM will take over timing control.

Also, there's no need to cross post.

The man who says something is impossible, is usually interrupted by the man doing it.
