Is it possible to convert a $0d bin to a $42?

Yes, if you have experience with adapting fuel and spark tables.

I think you need to clarify your question, because there's a few ways to take that and that answers would range from no to sorta...

I have a bin for a tune of an 7427 ecm for vortec heads and lt1 cam, Id like to take the engine tune from this ecm and put it in a bin for a 7747.

There is the option to build a harness adapter '7747 to '7427, see attached pics.

There is also the option re-pin the '7747 harness to '7427 http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...out-Directions!

The fuel and spark tables are different sizes $42 vs $OD. It's possible to interpolate the fuel and spark tables from $OD into $42 and "tune" from there.

I would convert the '7747 ECM harness connectors to '7427 PCM connectors (Red / Blue).

it's pretty easy to translate tables of different sizes 'by hand' or with various tools...

you can just open two tunerpro instances and copy the important (VE and spark advance) tables over by hand, if the cells dont match you'll just have to do it manually and get it as close as you can.

you wont be aiming for perfection, and it'll need a bit of re-tuning in the end anyway, but better to start with something close than from scratch (in most cases)

this is what I was thinking because if I repin the 7747 harness for the 7427 the ecm will freak out becuase of no 4l60e tranny or I will lose ecm lock up in my 700r4.

$OD is capable of 700R4 TCC control.
