i stumbled across this forum while doing some TBI google searches, and it seemed like a really helpful group - more so than a lot of others I've read through...
so, to explain my rig - I have a 1990 Chevy G30 146" wheelbase van that I've customized for show and camping... right now it's mostly stock - 350 TBI, TH400 trans, semi-floating 14 bolt with 4.10 gears...
i have a K&N air filter in it, and 4th Gen Camaro/Firebird pacesetter headers (free!), to 2 1/2" duals, thrush welded mufflers, and tips...
my plan is to build up my 350, or get another block, and get decent mileage on highway trips to shows in the summer...
i recently scored a '95 4L60e trans, crossmember, full wiring harness and computer from another G20 van...
I've gotten a '94 TBI unit that I did the 'ultimate TBI mods' to, and I have an older Edelbrock 4 barrel intake manifold - and I made a TBI spacer and adapter for it...
I'll be searching more for cam specs and info, and I will REALLY need some help when it comes time to chip the computer, set it up, whatever - I have absolutely 0 experience with any of that...
