Intermittent Fueling Problem - Logs and BIN attached. Any help is much appreciated.

Having strange fuel problem. Truck runs fine but then all of the sudden the WBO2 will peg at 22.3 and all power is gone. It does not shut off. It is almost like the computer burps or hangs for a bit. Check rows 580-743 for example of a “burp”. Strange things are happening. It comes back for a few seconds from 744-757, and then goes weird again from 758-890. It continues to cycle back and forth from running just fine to having some sort of fueling problem.

You will have to export the XDL file to csv. I would have uploaded the file but it is too big.

Truck is 1993 K1500 TBI with vortec heads. Base for tuning was by reading the stock BIN. 16168625 BBMC $E6. Tuning with WBO2 and following Dave's spreadsheet found here.

    Any insight is appreciated.

So I noticed a coupe of things:

    1. The ECU was VERY hot to the touch. I pulled it out of the dash to allow it to cool down. Did not make much difference
    2. I pulled the G1 header and put the stock MEMCAL back into place. This seemed to fix it. Made 3-4 little trips just for testing purposes and it hasn't "burped" on me or even acted like it was going to do so even once.

So, what does this mean? Is there a chance for a faulty connection somewhere? Is the Autoprom suspect?

For anyone reading this thread in the future it turned out I had a bad connection at the ECU for the fuel injector wire. Pin B16 if I recall correctly. Re-crimped the wire and it has not been a problem since.

B16 should be linear egr, which isnt active or the pin isnt even there for a 1500 that uses or used backpressure egr. B16 can be set up for wbo2 input.

I'm in Decatur. I was going from memory and have been looking into running the EGR into the trucks ECU instead of the autoprom. So B16 was on the brain. Maybe it was B14. Blue wire. I do remember that.
