I just bought a new laptop for the sole purpose of programming my LT1 (old laptop was getting very aggravating) and I cannot for the life of me download winflash. I have tried the "run as administrator" trick several times to no avail. Any other suggestions please? Laptop is a Dell Inspirion running Windows 10.
