I'm trying to figure out a lean idle surge. I can see that the commanded AFR when the engine is this cold is 10.0 or less, but I can only seem to get 18.0 on the wideband O2 unless AE kicks in and throws fuel at it. I have tried adjusting VE to add fuel, reduce IAC counts vs airflow % thinking the IAC was more open than it needed to be, removed all startup spark because it was bouncing off of the max SA, etc. Can someone else take a look and try to see something I'm missing? I've attached my current bin and a datalog.
