Can't seem to get log into 0D spreadsheet. Please help :-(

I know it's here but I can't seem to find instructions on how to get the datalog.csv into the $0D spreadsheet. I've looked at screen shots but makes no sense to me. I've drag and dropped, pasted, opened and pasted, imported sheet as file, link to external data and nothing goes to other sheets. Log doesn't look like screenshot either. If anyone has time can you post a link or quick instruct pleeeeeeease :-)

Save your log as an XDL file. No need to export to csv. Click show history tables under Acquisition menu and use the running average on Idle VE BLM and Off Idle VE BLM. If you have history tables open while datalogging, you don't even have to save a log file. You can get the data from the history table. If you save a log, you have to replay the log to get the data. You can speed up the playback of a saved datalog to fill in the history table more quickly. Hope this helps

Ok well that's how I use the 8B spreadsheet. I downloaded this sheet from a thread that said export to csv and import or insert into spreadsheet. It has 4 pages, 1st says insert datalog and is blank then others are the off-idle, idle and pe. Is this the one everybody uses?Thank you!! I'm trying right now :-)

Nope that does not work. Here's a pic of the spreadsheet and pic of screenshot in the zip file it came in.
