Code 24, Trans Out Speed Low?

I've recently been getting this error code, and I'm not sure why.

My speedometer isn't having any issues, and the speed shows up fine in tunerpro also.

I've got a data log during the moment error code is thrown, and there's nothing unusual about the vehicle speed data whatsoever.

I've also checked my TPS, it's at .5 volts with no unusual hiccups either.

I've been updating my chip recently, pulling it out and putting it back in, could I have messed up my ECU?

Yes I know I can disable the error code, but I've been using the same bin for years and now it's giving me this error. Has anybody experienced this before?

I'm at a loss, anyone have any ideas?

The code is thrown at about 2:27 in the log.

I think I solved it.

Disabling the shift light (turning off the flag) with a manual transmission was causing error 24 to be thrown.
