    1227730 to control NOS solenoid

    I have a 406 and I'd like it to control a NOS solenoid.

    Say for instance when RPM is over 3000 and 90% TPS, then activate an output which I can wire to the a relay to activate the solenoids.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction.

    Doesn't have to be fancy with timing as I will only be running a well hidden 50 shot and s imple on/off output would be create.

    Can I re-purpose the EGR logic in the S-AUJP v5 or perhaps there is another way.

    Not for the 7730ECM, but....
    The original 4.3 V6 CPI rpo L35 that used the variable configuration intake manifold would be perfect for what you want to do. It has a selectable parameter that allows for good low rpm torque, then at a certain rpm, a solenoid allows a door to open in the intake manifold and allows for good upper rpm power as well.
    IIRTC it was used from 1992-1995, its NOT the TBI, but the CPI with the Central Port Injection, the precursor to the 1996+ CSFI(Centralport Sequential Fuel Injection) that came out for MY1996 when the OBD2 engines came out in the trucks.

    On the 7730, I did find these Parameters that might be useful, though I have no idea what the E-Light is. It looks like it could be used to arm/fire using TPS% and rpm.

    You could use the fan2 output relay but it might take a little custom coding...
