Why would knock counts skip from say... 2 to 202 in one row of datalogg?? Thats 200 counts in a tenth of a second?? But yet the plugs are fine and it only took out less then a degree of timing for just a few rows in the log on that occation. Seems like on $59 the counts jup alot insted of just 1 or 2 or 3 at a time.

Ive been told to look at KR and not the knock counts itself for tuning $59 but its just disturbing the amount of counts.

Knock counts is showing the number of milliseconds it is detecting knock.

Yea I found out that the knock count on $59 is (64 counts per millisecond)

I took it down the road again and only KR was when i did a burn out..opps. Also I relized that my plugs were all gapped to about .020 I forgot that I changed the plugs a bit ago with plugs I had when I was looking for KR and gapped them super tight, which was a dumb thing. But I gapped them back at .032 and we are good to go. Im leaving now so I hope I can make at least one clean pass.

Car is fast and im loving the attention im getting from other racers. Once I get the video uploaded on youtube ill link it on here for you guys to see.

    almost 13s. :)

also, if i had to guess, i'd say that code59 uses the double value knock counter? i've only had issues like that when i put both MSB and LSB in the stream.

Yup almost 13's. I think that with the slicks on and no passenger I may get into the 13's faster then I though.

Heres one video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeuz8Im_vlg This was the best pass I love beating on Gt/a's

    60ft was 2.20 sec
    1/8 mile was a 9.30@74.9mph
    1/4 mile was 14.37@97.27Mph

even off the line the GTA couldn't overtake you. that's awesome. the 60' does seem a bit weak for the ET, so yeah, you get some actual traction and i see this working well.
