minipro tl866 how do i split a bin properly for the 2 chips t and e side.

i have a socketed ecm , a minipro tl866... i can read the chips.. how do i flash a new bin onto these chips. l think i have to split the bin into 2 sides but can anyone direct me to the right information please.. i have been searching for many hours now and havent found much useful information.

Program these to the chips and then reflash with your bin once you are done. I know these work because I have used them.
