    It also came in this 16168625 PCM and runs everything just fine :) I would say that I have the 16168625 PCU with factory 4L80E bin file.

    Do you still have your 16168625? Do you want to try this bin in it and see if it will shift? Or maybe it's like they said, and mine is an early production '94 and they changed the transmission sometime partly through the year and the later ones require a different PCU. I'll see if I can find out when my van was made.
