need tuner pro help- lost my dash

All of a sudden my dashboard will not show up in Tunerpro. If I hit "play" (to play a xdl file), it looks like it's playing according to the timer and the slide bar thing, but I have no dash to view anything. I've tried the other views and they are all just a blank white space. All the drop-downs are blank as well. Also I cannot connect or disconnect either. I have already tried rebooting my computer and uninstalling and re-installing Tunerpro.

    any ideas?

    Thanks

something must be wrong with your ADX file, are you sure you have the right one selected?

the dashboard, connecting, all that stuff is controlled by the ADX.

Hmmm, you may be on to something. I do not see the .adx file at the top of the screen like I used to. How do I reload that? I am not having any luck figuring that out. I think I've clicked everything I can think of....

Hmmmm, I can play recorded logs but still cannot connect. Clicking the connect/disconnect button does nothing. The button looks like it's being clicked if you know what I mean, it looks like it "pushes in", but nothing happens.

    Any ideas?

Make sure you have the proper COM port for your cable selected under Tools , Preferences, Data Acq./Emulation, Configure Plugin Component.
