What to change in a stock motor with free flowing intake/exhaust?

A little info on my particular situation:
    • '96 Impala SS (just bought it) presumably stock motor with K&N intake, headers, and Flowmaster 40 exhaust
    • I switched to a '95 PCM in it which I can tune with TunerPro and Winflash via my '95 9C1, then reinstall the PCM in the SS. I only have OBDI tools.
    • This '95 PCM currently has a '95 Caddy V4P program installed with MPH and gear related changes made for the SS, but otherwise stock V4P program which I prefer to the (presumably stock) '96 SS PCM. I have been using this '95 PCM in the '96 SS for the last few days.

so to recap, a '95 PCM with a stock '95 Caddy V4P program being used in a mostly stock '96 Impala SS with intake/exhaust mods.

What types of changes to the bin file do you guys recommend for a stock motor with intake/exhaust mods? Are there improvements to be made? I assume there would be something to tweak with the free-flow mods?

    Thanks-

    anyone?

I'm guessing volumetric efficiency would change? Anything else?

9C1... Any mods that improve airflow I would think justify looking at and fine tuning all of the fueling tables (VE, AE & PE). From what I have read, timing can almost always be improved over a stock tune and would be worth investigating as well. Unfortunately for you I do speak from years of experience...I am currently neck deep in my first TBI tune but as I'm sure you already know...Engines 101, if you introduce more air, you're going to need more fuel.
