    Switching tbi injectors

I am currently running 94 high pressure injector at 32 psi. My ve is up 100 and should actually be a little bit more so looking at dropping in some 55 lb sbc injectors and running them at the same pressure. It looks to me like they would flow 15% more than I have now so the plan would be to lower my ve 15% across the board. Is that thinking right and will the 55 lb sbc injectors fit in the bbc high pressure tbi without mods

The 55 lb/hr 305 injectors are hard to come by. I would use the 61# 350 injectors. I also had a marine throttle body off a 502 that had 61# high pressure injectors.

I have a bunch of 55 and 61's in the shop so wanted to test with what I had. The big question without taking things apart is will the 55's or 61's fit in the late 454 tbi without any mods.

The large body TBI injectors all have the same dimensions. However, sometimes the low pressure injectors do not work well with higher pressure.

Thanks, I also have a set of 65's that I could use at a lower pressure. The main thing is they fit without me pulling to measure.
