Started my conversion. Need Help. Please

Started my conversion on my 1992 Mercruiser 5.7 350 reverse rotation motor Wednesday.

The motor was a carbed motor that ran fine after you rebuilt carb every couple of months.

    Here my equipment.

    1227747 ECM
O2 Sensor and Plate on exhaust elbow.
    Fully Rebuilt TBI unit
All new sensors. ECT, TPS, IAC, MAP
    NEW Wiring harness from PFISys
    New Delco Distributor EST
    New Coil
    New Plugs and wires
    New Electric Fuel Pump (SP1175)
2 10 Micron Filters one before fuel pump and after before tbi. Both New

    Now here is the issue.

Cranks easily and starts easily only runs for a 2-4 seconds then dies.
Checked fuel pressure 15 psi at startup but wont stay running long enough to get pressure after start up.
checked all my voltages all are correct.
Distributor set TDC. with firing order 1-2-7-5-6-3-4-8

I feel that I am overlooking something or over thinking this problem.
    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks

-Check power connections: A6 wired to ignition-switched power (hot in crank and run, NOT crank only) using a relay. B1 and C16 to battery. C9 to crank only is optional.
-Check the fuel pump relay - can you get the fuel pump running for more than a few seconds by directly triggering the relay?
-Is the fuel pump input on B2 wired correctly?

The thing is I have bypassed the power on the Relays to gain constant power on fuel and tried cranking and starting to see if it was the fuel or electrical. Even with constant fuel pump it still dies after a couple of seconds.

Could it be the ignition control module or maybe a problem with the reluctor in the distributor?

I was just reading a similar scenario on internet.
They said in that one that ICM was cutting ties to the fuel injectors.

    We investigate tomorrow

Well I was able to get out on for a few minutes today.
I checked all the preliminary voltage into the ICM.
I disconnected the Pick-up coil which I do believe to be bad.
I was reading in one of my mercrusier books and it said that the pick-up coil
    should be between 500-1500 ohms.
So I set off to check this. my first reading was 3.075 K ohms which translate to 3075 ohms
So I pulled the distributor to check it again. Which shouldn't have any bearing at all.
That reading came out to 3.075 k ohms as well.
So went digging in the shop and found another distributor that was damage.
I check the pickup on it and it read .873 k ohms which is 873 ohms.

Is there anyone that has I pickup for a small cap that can verify that it in deed is between 500-1500 ohms.
    Would be greatly appreciated.
