Which TBI computer do you have?
    1st generation TBI computer 1227747?
    2nd generation TBI computer 16197427?

    Can you data log?
Can you edit a .bin file?
Can you burn your own chips?

    Three Steps to TBI Tuning:
    1. Data Log
    2. Edit the .bin file
    3. Burn a chip.

    Repeat until tuned.

This tbi is the type that comes on an 87 S10 blazer with a 2.8 engine, the engine has been replaced with a 3.4 crate engine (not a 4.3) and the tbi will be replaced by a larger but same type of tbi unit. I can check for a production # if needed.

That might be ECM number 1227429, which I think is definition $3F. The challenge I see, is finding documentation and files for $3F.

Let us know THE EXACT ECM part number in your 87 S10. Maybe a GM dealership can help you figure out what THE EXACT ECM part number is with a production number? I have no way of figuring out what an ECM part number is with a production number. I use the information on the ECM LABEL to figure out what the EXACT ECM part number is.

First let me say thank you for your help. I recently installed a nice dash, which are really hard to find and I think there was a sticker on the ecm. I will check it as soon as possible.

so you'll need tunerpro and this xdf file (definition): http://www.gearhead-efi.com/gearhead-efi/def/xdf/$3F.xdf

i looked the definition over and it looks complete enough to work with.

So maybe the data stream A035 for the LL2 (1986 2.8 liter TBI engine) is the correct .ads file?
