    The number above the case starts 1FBM.

    It's not a TCC lockup issue, it's a shifting issue.

    I havent messed with governors much in a while, been focusing on electronic units mostly. Switch to a 4l60e and I'll hook you up with a controller lol

    Or just adjust the length of the TV cable arm on the throttle body.

    Weld on a square tube that you can slide a solid rod in and out of, hook TV cable to that, adjust length of rod till desired shift points occur, tack weld arm and call it a day.
