Changing the Temperature for Closed Loop to 151 Celsius will set "Open Loop" all the time.

what about disabling iac like set to zero all the time and using a 3 bar map
Why would you want to disable the IAC? It controls the idle, decel and even accel.
Also $0D is not capable of using a 3 BAR MAP sensor properly and unless you know how to edit the source code well, will likely give you issues. If you want to use a 3 BAR MAP, I suggest using $59 in a '7749/'7730 and using the '7427 for trans control only.

If you're running $8d in a '7727, you can use S_AUJP v5 which allows setting an RPM at or below which OL will be invoked,. So if want to only use OL for idle, set OL RPM say to 1000, or if want OL all the time, set RPM to 8000. Nothing else to do!
