Is there support for this engine and ECM?

    1995 Beretta
    2.2L I4 engine
    Manual trans.

I believe it has the 16191947 ECM. I think this is a prom ECM as well.

I am wanting to make a turbo 2.2L out of the car, hoping to do 20-25 PSI, but I'm starting to want to go closer to 30 PSI if its even possible.

I can find the forged bottom end parts, cam, etc... at Summit Racing, however I don't know where to start for this Computer.
I'm not finding much about it.

Do you have an ECU to play with? If so, then yes, it's supported...but may be supported by you for a bit! I would imagine that if you can post up some detailed photos of the ECU and maybe it's internals, if it's not in "the list" then it wouldn't take TOO much to get it on the list.

It may simply be that it's just not been used by a member here before, even if it's identical internally/codewise to another number.

I read that there is support for the 1227730 which GM used in the Beretta for the 3.1 MPFI engine.
Would it be easier to modify a bin that supports this ecm to work with the I4 engine?

The 7730 can be used with $8F from the turbo Grand Prix. With some work it should be usable with a four cylinder. The 3.1 program does not have the coding to work well with a turbocharged engine.

You can also opt for the 1227749 ecm with the Syclone / Turbo Sunbird code. That code is natively built for a turbocharged vehicle and can be modified to work with a GM 3BAR MAP sensor.

Some folks have used the Syclone / Turbo Sunbird code in the 7730. I would opt for that route over the TGP code.

Do you have an alternative for the stock, low flow, bottom feed injectors? At 16 lbs/hr they won't support any significant amount of boost.
