You could, but I wouldn't.

I worked on one once that was bought from and aftermarket EFI company, it had all the injector wires cut and fired right front and left rear and vice versa on a stock ECM. It never ran right untill we put a BB TBI on it. Here's the information on why it won't work and how to make it work.

Remove the injector pod, cap the fuel lines, and use it for MPI.
