I suggest a Vortec 350, my friends that have done 350 TBI swaps have always been disappointed.

I have a throttle body already so it'll just wire up easyer and I have the vortex heads

That's great, the Vortec heads are the highest flowing stock heads GM ever used on a GEN 1 SBC.
