    4l80e tv tables

Recently I wanted to lower the engage and release speeds on my 4l80e lockup. So I took the tables
normal mode release mph vs tps
normal mode engage mph vs tps
    engage vs mph
    release vs mph
I lowered all the entries in those tables by 2 mph
result was as soon as I got to the speed that loc should occur there was a continual loc/unloc about once per second. There must be a conflicting entry somewhere. Anyone else run across that or have and idea what might be causing?

The original subject line should be TC rather than tv

Make sure you have sufficient hysteresis between the lock and unlock speeds or you will get a "gear hunt" as you describe.

I had hoped moving everything by 2 mph would keep all the hysteresis the same so think there must be something else.
