Hi Firemechanic-
Welcome to Gearhead EFI. You already have the adx file for your car. You will also want the xdf file which is the memory map of all the locations in the ECM memory and what they do for you. You can find it on the forum here:

TunerPro RT can't read the contents of your memory. Most people use TunerCat or WinFlash to read the memory. There is a new tool written by one of the forum members that also does it now and is free. You can follow the thread here:

The author, Steveo, is one of the most knowledgeable guys on the 94-95 LT1. I would first use his tool to read out your memory contents then take a look at them in TunerPro RT. Development of his tool is pretty bleeding edge. I would wait until a few forum users verify the operation before flashing your ECM. There is the remote possibility that you can brick it.
What are your plans with your car? What did you want to tweak?
Also, in the future, post in the GM EFI section. That is where you will have the best luck with getting your questions answered. After you digest the two links, you might want to repost your new questions over there!
Good luck!
I think posting a baseline TunerPro RT data log with your current .bin file will be a good first step for getting advice on tweaking your tune.
