    New to OBDII Tuning

Came here looking for some advice tuning some GM PCMs.
I basically want to be able to pull a stock bin from the PCM, modifiy some basic parameters, and write it back.
Not really looking to tune AFRs etc just disable settings.
    Thanks

The more common options for ODBII PCM flashing are:
    HP Tuners https://www.hptuners.com/
    EFI Live http://www.efilive.com/
    Jet DST http://jetchip.com/shop/chips-module...-programmer-3/

Programming OBDII is not low cost, when compared to burning OBDI chips.

Thanks, but I am looking for a non vin locked option. If I were able to get a older copy of the tunercats OBD2 program, would the AVT cable work with it?

I'm told the AVT cable works fine. You might need additional drivers.
