    TPI tuning

What equipment do I need to tune an ECU after a TBI/TPI swap and where can I purchase said equipment? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Minimum equipment would include a laptop, tuning software, ECM data viewing software and cable, and an eprom burner. This is not the only way to get the job done, though. Many people prefer to use an emulator over a chip burner as it allows faster changes and the changes can be applied without disconnecting hardware or getting out of the vehicle.

I have the laptop but that's as far as I can go now. Where can I get the software, emulator and chip burner?
