$88 vs. $8D. wiring pinout and egr modes

Hi all. Ive been working on my little fiero's ecm for some time now, recently converted to 7730 using $88. I was originally going to convert to a digital egr, but never got around to it and tuning is taking much longer than anticipated.
Very impressed by the modern drivability manners achieved by running the 7730, Ive just converted a friends fiero over as well. so now the question is at hand again.....

QUESTION:
What code MASK WOULD WORK BETTER TO RUN EVRV EGR, WHICH CAME ORIGINAL WITH THE CAR, OR DO I HAVE TO CONVERT TO DIGITAL?

A QUICK search GIVES ME THE IMPRESSION THAT $88 WONT RUN EVRV EGR, BUT ITS IN THE CODE?
$8D RUNS IT BUT WHAT WIRING PINOUT CHANGES WOULD BE NEEDED TO RUN THE DIFFERENT CODE?

88 MIGHT run EVRV correctly... hard to say. I've spent some significant time looking at the EGR code before and noticed that in most of the masks, some of the EVRV values are stored in SRAM that isn't present in a 7727 or 7730, but is present in a 16149396... so, one might expect different operation just from swapping the ECM.

6D is the MPFI 60V6 mask that existed before 88 and was EVRV intended, I've got the masks decoded enough to where it would be difficult to tell the difference between the 6D, 88 and A1.
