What new search doesn't like me.

Not sure "What's new" search button is supposed to find. I'd assume it would list all recent posts. Perhaps it lists only new threads.

It doesn't seem to find my most recent post.

See post number 7 at the bottom of this thread

Now when I click on "What's new" I don't see my post. I can post that were made before 2 hours and after 6 hours or more hours ago.

I've never used it, I use New Posts? It finds posts since your last visit. But will not include your posts. If you get no poststs it will give an option to see posts in last 24 hours...

Maybe no one posted in those hours? I just looked and there is a lag time for posts to be added to index for search, that may be what your finding. Actually I have found some other search issues I have not had time to do tech support with vBulliten yet...

I just tried What's new and it had "Type: Posts; Posts From Last Day" and showed from 18 minutes to 22 hours including yours and worked fine...

What browser are you using? Must be a small screen or resolution set wrong because the website looks horrible in those pictures...

I've been playing with What's New and it is the same as New Posts. If you have already looked at that post it will not show up again in What's new. Maybe why you were missing some? Only posts you have not seen. When you have seen them all it will say no new posts and give an option of viewing posts in last 24 hours.

What wrong with it? I have used a few diffrent browsers (aol on my home pc, google chrome on my laptop, and IE at work) and my phone to view this site, and it looks pretty much the same on all of them, witch is pretty much exactly like it is in those pics.

Oh, I see. I had not realized that it would not show posts that I had already looked at.

    Thanks for looking into this.

    No problem. User error.

I resized the pictures after I posted them. Didn't want to take up too much space in the post. First two are small & the third is medium ( or something like that. ) The letters in the fist post look a little fuzzy to me. The third looks fine to me.

To resize, double click on the thumbnail image.

Just how the vendor ad's are stacked. On all PC I use they are in a row, not stacked?

The position of TurnerPro An Moates logos is window size dependent. Small window is vertical. Large window is horizontal. I download a newer version of opera. 10.63 build 8450. I cannot run the latest Opera, my computer is too old.

edit: same thing in Safari. It not a web browser thing, but a window size thing.

    Here is from Opera.

    wider window. horizontal logos.

Well that looks like poo poo... my kid has a laptop with smaller screen I'm going to borrow and see how it looks there. My laptop windows 7 is 1600x900 on 17 inch screen and I have room to spare. My desktop windows XP has a 15 inch screen and no issues, don't know resolution...

I got the difference when I made the panel window smaller.

Don't do windows full screen, but a resizable window.

To get into windowed mode, click on this icon. You want to adjust the window size.

    ---------------------

For some reason, many windows users operate in full screen mode. Most mac users operate in windowed mode.

A big innovation was to add full screen mode to more applications in Lion, Apple's latest OS.
