ECM was 1228746 Running with modified ANLU.
also the 350 Stock Injektors on 13 psi fuel press
my Problem is poor power on Engine in every RPM Range, Horrible O2 Values, Rough Idle and Pig Rich in warm Up.
I have modify the Spark table and searching now of some Problems in Bin

Anybody out there who can take a look iabout my Bin and Log file?

Distributor Initial timing on engine was set to 0 deg?

If the fueling off, you need to adjust the VE tables to compensate.

What hardware and software are you using to tune?

im using Tuner pro 5,and APU 1, Also Winaldl
I dont have mod the VE Tables, in the log file Engine runs very Rich, so in Closed Loop INT is always lower than 128
for me it seems a missadjusted Cam, when i get throtle Map is lower 80kpa, i think it should be raound atmospheric pressure ( in test no Aircleaner )

The VE tables are what controls fueling, so as long as everything mechanical is good, you start with the VE tables.

If you suspect a mechanical problem, then diagnose and fix that. A datalog will never show that and you'll be chasing your tail trying to get a good tune on an engine that will never run right. And other people looking at the datalog will never be able to see any mechanical issues either.

Are you saying that at WOT (Wide Open Throttle) you see 80 Kpa in the datalogs? If so, that's not a tuning issue, that's a mismatch of components, or incorrectly set up. Wrong firing order could cause poor running, and funny things with the load (kpa readings).

What does the MAP sensor reading show at key on engine off?

At key on map reading is rund 98kpa, i have alredy cheked the sensors ( with vaccum gauge ) firing order is also checkt more than one time,
I look about the log the whole day, and iŽl be thinking there must be a problem with the cam, i have checkt all valves for a blowby, also the Piston Rings
with a hand made test tool using volume loos princip, all okay, the only thing i dint knew is the cam??
so i think if another looking about the bin or log, maybe he can see some abnormal values?

Its not a stupid question, Vortec Engines needs longer one, i use RS14PYC6 Sparks.

about the burn Picture i dont now at the moment, before i tested the cam i Drive the car only 3 minutes in the Garage
so The Engine Runs open loop, and cold start so the plugs are Dark Brown..

Mechanikal problem is Solved, the fuel pump Stops Working some times, i put out the pump, and see the brushes was broken.
I put an other from a 94 Trans Sport in.
Now engine starts and run. I would start tuning know,
have anybody an idear for a good Initial Spark Timing for the Vortec Block Originaly in ANLU is set to 0°Distributor set also to TDC?
Original base Timing is set to 20° Advanced?

I Think i should advance Distributor Base Timing becouse in Advancing it will increase over 40° so the Rotor is nearly in the middle betwen two spark Plugs, i think its a little dangarus in case of firing the wrong Zylinder?
